What kind of information does Liminary collect and what does it do with that?

We keep things simple - the main thing we need is your email address, which is required to create your account. We use this to:
• Set up and secure your account
• Keep you updated on new features and improvements
• Share exciting updates about Liminary's progress
We also ask some questions about your role and your work to help us tailor the product to you, and make relevant suggestions. These are completely optional.

While we use your email for account-related purposes, we believe in being transparent about our excitement too - we genuinely look forward to sharing Liminary's journey with you, but only if you want to be part of it.

We may also automatically collect information about the browsers and devices used to visit our website. This can include the type of device and version, which browsers you use, your IP address, your mobile service provider, and any unique identifiers your device shares with website administrators. This data helps us provide our features and/or provides us with analytics to understand how to improve our product. While we may use cookies or similar technologies to make collecting this information easy, we do not use cookies to track anything you do once you leave our site. More importantly, we also do not permit third parties or advertising networks to use cookies or place technologies on our site to collect information about people who visit our site.

Liminary may access and utilize data from Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides strictly to provide or enhance user-facing features that are prominent within our application. Specifically, the text of documents and spreadsheets might be shared with third-party Large Language Providers like Anthropic, OpenAI etc, via secure API requests to enhance our services.
